Excellent staff, very friendly, very professional. Keep in mind when they state on your reservation that they provide breakfast. It's basically some type of muffin and some coffee. There is not much selection at all

The hotel and staff here were top notch, and this was a perfect stay for me while I was travelling from Florida! The first thing I noticed when I walked in the door was the friendly and extremely helpful staff. The very nice woman & man who checked me in and out were all very warm and helpful, one of the best interactions I've had at any hotel regardless of how many stars the hotel had. I had a few requests and they were more than happy to accommodate and get me into my room to relax. I will be staying here every time I come back to the DC area, thank you all so much, see you next time!

She is discriminating enough to have vindictive attitude as hatred towards good loking Asian females. She feels threatened. The floor 2nd, 3nd and 5th are only fir long term people. Lier Don't you see I m eating and on the phone. Gers irritated doing her chores I ll write a fee if you are here after 11.00 AM Even though we were on time to show id's. Today after making booking and paid for. She said I ll ve to leave the topm totally. She could have saved me in the same room. I have one shoulder only with arm Dislocation. I packed 20 mins beforex12.00 pm. Even then she didn't put me in another room. I waited outside and went out for 10 mins . She yelled at me saying . Have I ever stayed in a hotel. Why I didn't move my things outside. Then she has already done it. Devil and playing the most horrifying lady 💔. Then started yelling again. Put thr stuff outside. Then didn't check me into the room. Blaming that cleaning was not because of me. Wait 4 more hours....claiming she is helping me in her zombie voice screaming and shouting at the same time. Mr. Ahmed was not present to look at this moment that age wanted yo ve me alone so she can just get to do what ever she can behind managers back. We Asians Harvard graduates are dumb enough to avoid a flight with thus gruesome I'll mannered, bossy, dominating lady. Let me complain her to corporate too. I was avoiding her like a plague.
