The customer service was unfriendly and unhelpful, and the staff could not communicate in English. The room was dusty, especially the windows, which looked like they had not been cleaned for a long time. There were mosquitoes in the room, and the bed sheets made my skin feel itchy. The hotel was also extremely noisy because it is located right next to a busy main road. Overall, my stay was very disappointing.

This hotel is in the middle between BTS Ratchathewi and platinum plaza. Both are walking distance. So it is good.
Cons - the lift hotel is not working. It is only for luggage. Us human need to take the stairs. Up to level 4.
The receptionist allow to check in early depend on the availibility.
Infront of the hotel have the contruction site and the traffic will be heavy especially during peak hour as it only have 1 lane. But i cannot hear any construction thing from my room. And not dusty.
Overall is a good experience and worth it.
Hotel also near to 7eleven just beside and also have the massage place also beside the hotel.

if u r a Mrt/BTS TRAVELLER this might be your one of the best hotel. it does having a good location 5mins to bts but at the same time it faces road which it is quite noisy at night. u can hear those tuktuk noise and the room are way too small. if u brought a luggage u cant even open it in the room.
