The location is excellent, close to downtown and a great restaurant area. The kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped, everything was very clean, and the host was very attentive to our needs.
It’s understandable given the wooden structure of the house, but noise from the upstairs neighbors can be quite noticeable.

Location was Nice. Could walk to beach if you wanted a small walk. Night life is walking distance as well.
House was ok. Its a older house. Odor was not good. You get used to it but at first walk in you definitely smell a strong like Dog smell. So that and the fact we have to find where to take Trash which was required of us. I've never had to do that ever so definitely a dislike and a inconvenience. But overall it was a good stay just wanna bring to the attention the smell and u remove ur trash from trash cans and have to find somewhere to take it.

Everything was 6 mins or less from us
The doors and walls were dirty, we had to take our trash with us but was charged 95 dollars for cleaning fee when we booked, shower had cracks in it along with the floor and the other bathroom door wouldn’t close properly because it was coming off the hinges, upstairs guest were loud and stomped around till 11 pm
