About this house rental
The lighthouse cottage is a recently renovated home from 1870 close to the beach and the UTMB Medical center- East area of Galveston. Conveniently located to all attractions. 10 minute walk to the Stewart Beach, 7 minute walk to supermarket on 6th St. and 7 minute walk to restaurants on Christopher Columbus Blvd (14th St). There are 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms upstairs and 1/2 bathroom downstairs. Out by the furnished patio there is a couple of outdoor showers to rinse off sand from the beach. The amenities include: Wifi, ROKU TV, iron, ironing board, central A/C, ceiling fans, a fully equipped kitchen, fire pit, charcoal BBQ, fenced back and side yard. We had a great stay at 911 Post office st. In Galveston. It was clean and cozy. The arcade game in the kids room really topped it, over all the rest.

Wonderful historic home, perfect for this group of history

The grass was uncut, producing more mosquitoes and bugs, we had to cancel the cookout. There was construction on the corner. Other than that the home was clean and it did its job.
