The hotel is well outside of Passau, about seven kilometers, so it was very quiet. There was a small village two kilometers away that had a nice Italian restaurant and a petrol station.
Breakfast was okay, but nothing special.
Everything is a bit dated, and feels like you're staying with your grandma. It's not really bad, but it's nothing fancy.

Lage, Parkplatz, Zimmer waren gut, wenn der Chef es schafft, es wieder auf Vordermann zu bringen, ist es bestimmt mal toll, denn das Objekt als Solches ist Supi.
Es wurde an allen 3 Tagen nicht geputzt, nur Betten gemacht, das Waschbecken und die toten Motten und Fliegen hätten es bitter nötig gehabt.
Das Frühstück war wohl nur für Frühaufsteher oder die dort übernachtenden Monteure interessant, gegen 9 sah es einfach nur traurig aus.
