大樓火警警報誤觸發兩次

The hotel exceeded my expectations. For a hotel with remote reception staff, the staff is extremely responsive and they could provide help very quickly. The room was also very modern with modern bathroom and floor heating. It also had a pantry, although we didn't use it. The room was very, very clean too.

Might be better if they had clearer instructions for the heater. There were English instructions but not very understandable, I had to google to really understand how the heater works...

都還算可以，沒什麼不滿意的地方

gli asciugamani grandi non erano presenti all’arrivo; li abbiamo richiesti e sono arrivati solo il giorno dopo. Considerando che il soggiorno era di sole due notti, è stato piuttosto scomodo. L’acqua calda arrivava solo dopo almeno 15 minuti, inizialmente era fredda o appena tiepida. Alcune prese elettriche funzionavano male. La tenda era praticamente inesistente e faceva entrare molta luce. Presente la lavatrice, ma senza detersivo/pastiglia per poterla utilizzare. Inoltre, per due sere si è sentito forte odore di fumo di sigaretta; ho avvisato l’host, che si è scusato, ma il problema si è ripresentato.
