The most wonderful and relaxing homestay I’ve ever stayed in. Giulia and Vishnu are the warmest, chillest and kindests host and the bed is amazing. The house is surrounded by green and shadow chilling places to enjoy your (home made or baked by Guilia) breakfast, definitely do not miss out on her bakings either! The perfect place to relax, unwind, unpack your backpack and surfing gear ;) Vishnu is a great teacher as well! Hopefully I’ll come back one day 🌻

Giulia and Vinush are great hosts who made me feel welcome and well taken care of from the beginning. As a solo traveller, I felt very safe staying with them. The room was cozy, very clean and quiet, and the homestay is beautifully decorated. Since the weekends can get busy at the North Cliff, i really enjoyed the calm vibe. And the breakfast was delicious! I had a great time :)

We stayed 10 days at Ginger & Lime and honestly couldn’t have wished to stay anywhere else. Giulia and Vishnu are wonderful hosts—always attentive and caring.
The accommodation is very clean, comfortable, and has everything you need. It’s also perfectly located in a calm and peaceful area. The breakfasts are absolutely amazing—every morning Giulia prepares delicious homemade meals, sugar-free and full of flavor.
A truly special place that we highly recommend.

Everything was perfect! Giulia and Vishnu are the best hosts! Breakfast was incredible. The whole vibe is amazing. Vishnu is the best surf instructor so please do not even hesitate and book classes when visiting Gingerlime surf and Bakery house;). We loved our stay and will come back whenever we are in Varkala!
