The location was excellent, we were 10 minutes walk from about every activity we did during the weekend, the kitchen is fully kitted out with a sainsburys across the road. Parking on site was super easy if you wanted to go for that option but there's an NCP nearby as well. Beds were comfy and with two full bathrooms it was easy to share for the 4 of us, I'd definitely stay here again if I went back to Manchester.
Couple of the walls had some damage and the sealant on the bath definitely needed redoing in one of the bathrooms.
