Spectacular, beautiful room, with lots of space, in perfect location.

The keys don't quite work and it is confusing which is for what. Importantly, you need a key to open the door to the group of apartments once inside the building and it is scary as you are essentially trapped if one person goes out and takes the key. The only solution is to unlock completely the door but then you are leaving the place open for everyone staying there.

The location couldn't have been better - it is right on the Via Chiaia, with shops, museums, sights, restaurants, cafes and bars right on the doorstep. We had a room that looked over the street but it was well insulated so we all slept well. Our host, Carlo, was incredibly attentive and a lovely, friendly person to deal with. He also helped us store our luggage and collect it later before our flight. There is a taxi rank 2 mins from the front door and it's a very short taxi ride (or a 20 min walk) to the ferries to the islands. Highly recommended for a family.

Location

We lived in the apartment with 4 adults. The lower level shower knob didn’t work. There is a small table, one chair and one armchair in the room, nowhere to put things for women, on two single beds there was no normal blanket, only sheet , we were cold all night. It took me two whole days to ask the owner blankets and one more pair of property keys, as they gave us only one for 4 people, and you can not enter the building even main entrance if you are not with other members. Very bad contact with owner, I wrote them 2 days before my arrival to know what to pack, and the answered me only when we were already on the airplane. The last day they suggested to arrange taxi to airport, and in midnight when we locked the doors waiting for taxi outside with big luggages, no taxi came and when I contacted the owner, she said there is taxi drivers strike in the city and taxi will not come and we were left in the streets of Naples . Of course we missed our flight. The owner didn’t answer to call any more even to give info where to go, no wandering what hepened to their hosts.
