Big house with a parking, 2 spacious rooms with view of beaytiful gardens. Beds were big and comfortable. There were basic condiments and utencils prepared in the kitchen so we cooked breakfast. Rear garden that has bbq facilities with a view of Toscana village. There were nearby wineries and Toscana villages(like Vinch). 40 minutes drive to Villa Costanza tram station where to park to enter Florence and about an hour drive to Siena. When we needed help, the owner was answering shortly and we also got some help from the next door neighbours.

Garden facilities could be maintained better but there were alternative chairs and tools available so it wasn't a issue.

The second bedroom overlooking the garden was wonderful. It was quiet and pleasant, and our daughter slept there very comfortably.

Unfortunately, there were quite a few issues. The cleanliness left much to be desired. The bedroom overlooking the parking lot was very difficult to sleep in due to constant traffic noise. The rubberized mattress became extremely hot and rustled with every movement, making it almost impossible to sleep comfortably in the hot weather. The gazebo was completely covered in cobwebs. During our stay, packages were delivered every day, apparently containing new garden furniture, and we had to carry everything into the house ourselves. There was also no microwave, and one of the gas burners was not working.
