Schöne Wohnmöglichkeit und Zentral für Busfahrten in die Stadt rein. Auch zu fuss zügig erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nicht mehr auf dem neusten Stand, da der Edeka der gegenüberliegt abgerissen wurden ist.
Andere Bewohner im Haus waren sehr unfreundlich und lange noch laut. Beim Ansprechen wurde man dumm angemacht und in einer anderen Sprache wahrscheinlich beschimpft. Ein Rollo geht nicht ganz nach unten weshalb das Zimmer auch durch das Fenster in der Küche nicht ganz dunkel gemacht werden konnte.
