    I was with my old parents and my son. At reception i was at 6 pm and asked to make tarrif less. Then i asked can o book from agoda and i am much worse experience that ur customer care was not well available. They charged me extra and their behaviour was like BAs paise chaiye guest ko kuch bhi ho. Means zero hospitality and owner is too money minded only no human background he has. Hospitality word they don’t know they are big people who are just taking money out of guest without thinking of their tiredness. Even they lock one room from my flat or room
