    It’s a lovely hotel either way lift, 4 floors, and rooftop area with 25 restaurant It’s in a very busy street which is not easy to walk around and even McDonalds is closed down But the staff are lovely and very attentive. Good for short stay snd a good rest

    I had booked executive double bed room and when arrived for check in they said they are giving me executive twin sharing room. This room was completely uncomfortable for us and were unable to sleep only one of us with our kid. They said they will exchange the room and another day there was no update . Third day I went for lunch and finally they did change shifted our room to worst option of the room from that property. There was no proper bed no good bathroom nothing they had just done with their formality. They didn’t even cleaned our room neither given complementary water bottle . When did we ask for this they argued badly that I must have received even after telling multiple times that we haven’t received. So what did we understood we just got cheated paying a lot for nothing and got insulted by them . Receptionist in the night had done all these however during the time of checking one punjabi guy was there at the reception who were very professional and good . This is not just a matter of all these this is matter of safety . These people simply spooling the name of brand like Agoda
