I would strongly advise against staying here.
The biggest issue was that there was no running water in my private bathroom. I paid extra for a room with a private bathroom, but it was completely unusable because there was no water, so I was forced to use the dirty shared bathroom instead. The staff didn't apologise, acknowledge the inconvenience, or offer any form of compensation. After reading other reviews, I discovered guests have been reporting the exact same issue for the past five months, so this clearly isn't a temporary problem the hotel is interested in fixing.
Check-in was also incredibly frustrating. It took around 45 minutes because there was nobody at reception, and I had to wait for someone to appear.
The noise was another major problem. The walls are paper-thin, so you can hear absolutely everything. Music was playing until around midnight, and then I was woken up at 5 a.m by someone sitting outside my room scrolling through TikTok videos on full volume for hours. You can hear every conversation from neighbouring rooms, and if you're on the ground floor, you'll hear every footstep from the room above.
To make matters worse, this was the **most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on**. The mattress was so hard and uncomfortable that I woke up with my body aching every morning.
Overall, this was a very disappointing stay. Between paying for facilities I couldn't use, the poor customer service, the constant noise, and the uncomfortable bed, I wouldn't recommend staying here. I don’t care how cheap it is, it’s worth paying extra to stay somewhere else.
