I recommended this hotel to my friends because I am a regular customer and trusted the service. I booked the room through Agoda and accompanied the couple to the hotel. However, the owner was extremely rude. I politely requested permission to go upstairs for a few minutes to have dinner with them, but my request was denied in a very rude manner. The lack of courtesy and professionalism was disappointing. This was the worst experience I have ever had here, and it has completely changed my opinion of the hotel.
