    The beds were very comfy and clean and the room (4) was very quiet However this hotel is in need of a good clean especially my room and the one my friend stayed in (3) Thick dust on skirting boards, dirty light pull in bathroom, shower didn’t work, terrible rusty rubbish bin and handle missing from wardrobe door It states in the description that it is bed and breakfast but when we went down to “said breakfast” on our first morning there was no one around We eventually rang the front door bell to get attention After a few minutes a door opened and a man in a dressing gown informed us they don’t do breakfast and shut the door Leaving us with 1 hr to find somewhere before we had to be at our conference We are 2 ladies nearer 80 than 70 so it was a bit of a blow for us A local transport cafe provided us with bacon butty and a mug of tea for £3.95 each which I think the hotel should to refund us We didn’t complain at the time as there were too many things for them to correct in the time before we left I have tried to upload photos but strangely it failed The lady we saw when we arrived and only by chance as we left was very polite and carried our bag Wouldn’t recommend staying here sorry

    During a recent 5-day training trip to Horsham, I had the pleasure of staying at the Wimblehurst Hotel. This charming hotel offers a welcoming experience, making it a solid choice for visitors to the area. The staff at Wimblehurst Hotel are exceptional—courteous, professional, and always ready to assist. Their attentiveness truly enhances the guest experience. One standout feature is the customized breakfast service, tailored to individual preferences, which adds a personal touch to the stay. The rooms are impressively spacious, providing ample comfort for both short and extended stays. The hotel also offers great value for money, making it an attractive option for budget-conscious travelers seeking quality accommodation in Horsham. However, the hotel does show signs of age, with much of the furniture and decor feeling somewhat outdated. While this didn’t significantly detract from my stay, modernizing these elements could elevate the overall experience. Overall, I highly recommend the Wimblehurst Hotel for its warm hospitality, generous room sizes, and excellent value. It’s a great choice for anyone visiting Horsham, particularly for business or training purposes.
