    Me and my family went to munnar for a 2 days trip and I booked 2 rooms at this property for 1 days and our experience was terrible. They are not changing the bedsheets or pillows at all also, the blankets are in a really bad condition like there was a bad odor coming from it and we didn’t used it at all. The rooms are not clean at all I think they are not cleaning the rooms when someone used it. The bathrooms are not safe at all there is a really big vent in the wall in every bathrooms like someone can see everything from outside. Attitude from the staff was really bad also, they won’t provide any towels unless we asked. The main factor is we only checked the reviews in Agoda App and those are all fake like they did it with their people. If we check the reviews on google anyone can clearly see that it’s an absolute waste of money.
