Located on the heights of Mandelieu, just 9 km from Cannes and the famous Croisette, this superb fully renovated villa is ideal for a vacation focused on relaxation. Situated on a closed plot of 2,800 m², it offers an exceptional panoramic sea view of the Lérins Islands and the Bay of Cannes.
You will enjoy a large heated swimming pool (extra) of 12 m x 5 m (chlorine, max depth 1.60 m), a pool house with summer kitchen, Weber gas barbecue, pergola with misting system, large outdoor dining table, garden furniture, sun loungers.
