Charming villa: wonderful sea view, beaches and La Napoule reachable on foot

I could not recommend this villa high enough. Communication was brilliant, the villa had everything we could possibly need. We were a family of 8 celebrating a special birthday and it is was one we won't forget. The views are spectacular in a lovely location. We hope to visit again soon.

Has an amazing outdoor space with view of the Mediterranean. We loved the fact that we did not need car if we wanted to walk to do small shopping, or go to restaurants. A huge supermarket is about a 5-8 minute drive from house. Inside, the view from living area and balcony is also amazing. We stayed one week and wish we could have stayed longer. Hopefully next time!

Beautiful house in great location with fantastic views. Very spacious, all amenities provided. Delightful garden and grounds with barbecue area and gated pool, perfect for families. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return. Shops, restaurants etc are within 10 min walk but worth knowing that there is quite a steep hill down to the village, for older people or those with mobility issues. One suggestion would be for a folder of information about the operation of the house, the local area and amenities, restaurants, buses, trains and so on to be left in the house for new guests. Overall, definitely recommend this property.

It's hard to find much to fault in either the property or La Napoule. The house was spotlessly clean and well equipped. There was plentiful comfortable seating and different places to eat both inside and out. It has a beautiful view and a fabulous heated pool. Our 3 year old (who wanted to stay forever) loved the stuffed toys in one of the rooms. There are reasonably steep stairs so you need to keep an eye out if you have a kamikaze toddler like we have... La Napoule is a perfect seaside resort - big enough for all the amenities you want (small supermarket in the town, wonderful ice cream parlour and bakery, good selection of restaurants) but small enough to feel relaxed and peaceful. The big supermarket is a very short drive. Great gently sloping and well protected sandy beaches are short walk away (although its uphill on the way back!), with lots of other options 5 minutes in the car. I have no hesitation in recommending and very much hope that we will return one day.

Huset levede bestemt op til billeder - poolen og ude området var perfekt - lækkert med ude køkken ;) om aften har hele haven en skøn aften belysning - og udsigten var perfekt - både dag og aften ;) ;) Det eneste minus var - at vi ikke var forberedt på - at der er meget dårligt internet i huset. Alt i alt - et virkeligt dejligt sted ;)

We had a very lovely and relaxed week at this beautiful place. The pictures and description, the other reviews, all was as shown and said. The garden, the views, the pool, the outside kitchen, the house with four good bedrooms with good size double beds and well equipped bathrooms, everything was as expected, and then some. Small grocery stores just a nice stroll downhill, restaurant, castle and beach as well. We were lucky the weather was just warm and sunny enough to be outside for most part of the day. The heated swimming pool was great, also being able to cook in the outside bar/kitchen was great. Everything in and around the house is there to make the stay as comfortable as possible, for example taking plates outside to the outdoor kitchen wasn't necessary, since everything is all ready there, even a dishwasher! Was everything perfect? No, but that didn't bother us too much. The inside kitchens and equipment are outdated (but clean and everything works), there were lots of tv's in the house but with only French channels, and the reception wasn't in person (we arrived a little bit later then planned). Also communication in English is a little difficult, host and housekeeper mainly speak French. But, as said, small 'problems' in an over all great stay in this beautiful, relaxed, place.

Super séjour Maison très bien placée sur le San Peyre, proche du centre ville Très belle maison avec nombreux couchages, tout le nécessaire disposition. Escaliers pour accéder aux chambres du bas, dont il faut se méfier avec des enfants en bas âge mais qui n’ont absolument pas entaché notre séjour en famille ! Extérieur vraiment magnifique, vue sensationnelle sur la mer et les collines, de l’air agréable lors des journées chaudes. Piscine idéale pour les enfants, Très bien sécurisée et avec « plage » où ils peuvent barboter. Cuisine extérieure et terrasses très agréables. Idéale pour des vacances à plusieurs ou chacun peut avoir son indépendance. Je recommande vivement Nous y retournerons avec plaisir !

Beautiful house (perfectly equipped) in great location. The property is just a 5 min walk away from the beach. All in all a great holiday with a super communication with the host. Highly recommended

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour fin juin - début juillet. La vue est splendide et nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine, la villa climatisée et la proximité du petit village et de la plage accessible à pied en 5 minutes.

L'extérieur, jardin avec palmiers, piscine, cuisine de plage, chaises longues et autres matériels d'extérieur permettent un séjour particulièrement agréable s'il fait beau. L'aménagement intérieur doit être amélioré et la maison mériterait d'être refaite (quelques problèmes d'infiltration, de plomberie, de prises électriques, réception TV...) même si l'on a, par ailleurs, tout ce qu'il faut en réfrigérateurs, vaisselle et aussi 5 postes de TV.... Notre séjour a été très apprécié par un superbe beau temps de septembre.

Das Haus ist ideal für eine größere Familie mit zwei Küchen und herrlicher Poollandschaft. Hier hat uns v.a. die Terrasse mit Poolküche und die diversen Sitzmöglichkeiten gefallen. Fußnahe erreicht man La Napoule mit tollen Restaurants, einer Bäckerei und zwei kleinen Stränden. Insgesamt toller Familienurlaub in einem ruhigen und idyllischen Ambiente.

Die Kontaktaufnahme verlief anfangs etwas zäh, war dann aber korrekt. Die Ferienvilla ist sehr schön und gut gepflegt. Grossartiger Garten und tolle Aussenanlage. 5 Minuten Fussweg zu Restaurants und Geschäften. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Objekt.

Nous avons passé plusieurs semaines dans cette magnifique villa que nous recommandons vivement. C’est un emplacement de rêve pour toutes activités. La petite ville charmante de La Napoule est à 5 min à pied avec de bons restaurants, boulangerie, épicerie, charcuterie et pharmacie. Il y a également un hypermarché à 5 min en voiture. Les plages et le port de La Napoule sont à 10 min à pied et on est à 15 min de Cannes. Puisqu’on est sur l’autoroute en quelques minutes la demeure est idéalement située pour visiter les alentours (Antibes, Grasse, St. Paul de Vence, Nice, Frejus..). La maison est située dans un quartier calme et résidentiel. On voit que les propriétaires y passent aussi de bons moments puisqu’il ne manque de rien et on a l’impression d’être chez soi. Il y a deux cuisines dont nous n’avons utilisé que celle d’en haut à côté du grand salon. Les deux cuisines sont très bien équipées et il y a la climatisation dans toute la maison. Les chambres sont un peu bruyantes mais comme on passe la plupart du temps à l’extérieur cela ne dérange pas trop. Ce qui nous a plu le plus était le jardin/la terrasse de rêve avec une très belle piscine chauffée et sécurisée. Le jardin est parfaitement maintenu (le jardinier passe une fois par semaine) et il y a une deuxième terrasse à côté de la piscine avec vue splendide sur la mer qui a été construite pendant notre séjour en accord avec nous et avec une juste compensation. Le propriétaire veille à ce qu’on se sent bien dans sa maison et réagit vite en cas de besoin. Nous avons également engagé la femme de ménage Tania une fois par semaine. Elle est très gentille, travaille correctement et connait par cœur la maison avec tous ces recoins. Nous la conseillons vivement si vous restez plus d`une semaine. Dans l`ensemble, nous avons passés un temps fabuleux dans cette maison et nous y reviendrons surement.

Wir waren zu Ostern dort und haben das Haus bei angenehmen Temperaturen sehr genossen. Haus, Garten und Pool sind schön. Traumhafter Blick in die Berge und auf das Meer. Die Terrasse hat viele Liegen und einen großen Frühstückstisch. Viele Dinge im Haus durften genutzt werden. Die Lage zwischen St. Tropez und Cannes ist super. Nizza und Monaco ebenfalls in der Nähe. Zum Strand und Bäcker im Ort nur ca. 5 min. zu Fuß. Hinweg bergab, Rückweg... Gute Lokale ebenfalls im Ort. Großes Einkaufszentrum in 5 min. mit dem Auto. Haus hat Alarmanlage und ist umzäunt. Vielen Dank an Tania, die sich als Verwalterin gut um uns gekümmert hat.

Das Haus ist gut gelegen; ein grosser Supermarkt ist in 5 Min. mit dem Auto - ein kleinerer Laden im Ort in ca. 5 - 7 Min. zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Strand ist klein, jedoch sehr schön und ebenfalls in 5 - 7 Min. zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Haus selber ist sehr sauber und die Einrichtung ist gemütlich. Sämtliche notwendigen Utensilien sind vorhanden. Der Pool ist relativ gross und aussen hat es sehr viele Plätze, an denen man verweilen kann. Insgesamt hatten wir einen super Urlaub und haben bereits wieder für nächstes Jahr gebucht.

To Olivier and Sabina Tonna ..... you have a most beautiful house in the best location of Mandelieu de La Napoule . You have a well equipped kitchen ( two!! ) and many nice tables to use for dining. Your house and garden ( and pool) are lovely .... and the view of the sea is fantastic. It was a nice walk to the seaside for shops and restaurants and the supermarket Geant was only 5 minutes by car. Your house manager Tania was very nice and helpful. Grande satisfaction d'avoir profiter pleinement des commodités et du décor externe de la location. Environnement calme avec une proximité des commerces et du bord de mer. Accueil chaleureux. Location propre et bien entretenue, à recommander à des personnes voulant passer un agréable séjour dans cette région.

Très belle maison (mieux en vrai qu en photo), situation idéale (visites et decouvertes à 30 ou 60mn de voiture comme Cannes, st. paul de vence, nice, monaco...), avec une vraie belle vue sur la mer pour les repas ou le farniente, ultra calme, entretenue (fleurs, arbres, grand jardin super joli), balades et commerces à portée de jambes, piscine chauffée, equipement maison ultra complet et de qualite, (tout fonctionne : tv, wifi, musique, beaucoup de lumières sympas, deco agreable), sanitaires impeccables, literie bonne, parking genereux. Olivier Tonna est un homme charmant, arrangeant et accueillant. Nous avons passé 5 jours en famille (13 ans à 65 ans) et tout le mande a a-do-ré ! Nous conseillons et reviendrons. Frederic Peyron

Belle semaine en famille dans cette villa spacieuse située dans un quartier très calme, proche des plages et du centre. De très bons moments autour de la piscine, joli jardin mis en valeur le soir par de superbes éclairages .

We had the pleasure to spend two weeks as a family in this fantastic Villa. It offers plenty of space and nicely furnished rooms. All technical equipment is up to date, such as several flat screen TVs in living ad bed rooms and a Weber barbecue. Everything is accurately maintained, in particular the big pool and beautiful garden. We really appreciated that the pool had a fence and was sufficiently secured to avoid any accidents with our small children. The location in a noble residential area is perfect as it is close to Cannes but at the same time very quite. The little village offers almost everything you need within 5 mins walking distance but you also find a huge Casino supermarket 5 mins away by car. All interactions with the owners were very pleasant - absolutely trustworthy and reliable. Bottom line is that we had great time in this Villa and can recommend it without any reservations. We will be back.
