Our home has 1 double size bed, a twin room with 2 ottoman single beds, comfortably sleeping 4 in total, and has a wonderful downstairs living area & full length patio doors leading to the private garden. Situated on the Cotswolds Way route, our home is perfectly suited for family & friends to relax, explore nearby Cotswolds towns & villages and beautiful countryside!
Welcome to our lovely home, with beautiful rolling hills and walks on your doorstep, yet only a short walk into Dursley town centre.
Guests enter the property via the front door, where you will find the kitchen off to the right. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher, gas hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine & dryer, as well as plenty of kitchenware and storage space for guests.
Continuing through our home, is the dining and living area. The dining table comfortably sits four and there is plenty of comfy seating with a smart TV in the lounge area. Leading from the lounge area, there are full length French style patio doors that open up to the private garden, with outside lighting installed. It is a lovely outside space with dining furniture, making it a perfect for an evening drink or family meal!
Heading up to the first floor you will find the two bedrooms, one with double size and a twin room with 2 ottoman single beds. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage space and come with hotel quality crisp cotton sheets, fluffy towels for each guest and complementary toiletries. There is also the stylish family shower-room, with a separate WC downstairs. There is central gas heating throughout.
There is one free car parking space to the rear of the property, with further on-street parking available, on a first come first served basis.
Please no smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property.
Unfortunately we do not accept pets.
CHECK IN
Check in time is from 3pm but we will try to let you get into the house sooner, if requested. It just depends if we have guests staying the night before.
CHECK OUT
Check out is 10am, so we can get the property ready for our next guests.
Guests will have access to the whole property, including the private garden.

The team have many years experience in managing listings and will ensure my property is professionally cleaned and guest ready ahead of your arrival. They also provide 24/7 guest support.
Guests have access to the whole property, including the enclosed private garden and private parking space.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
