Welcome to La Casa Mia, a haven of Mediterranean charm, located just 10 minutes from the beaches and Perpignan, in the typical village of Saint Nazaire. Ideal for 8 travellers (6 adults and 2 children), our house offers: air conditioning, wood stove, wifi, 2 bathrooms, a lush garden with plants from the South, a shaded terrace for your meals, and a petanque court. Perfect for moments of relaxation and conviviality with the family, between sea, nature and Catalan art of living
The accommodation
La Casa Mia is located in the charming village of Saint-Nazaire. Surrounded by nature, between ponds, vineyards and paths, this peaceful village is ideal for lovers of calm, walks and authenticity.
As soon as you arrive, a large private driveway allows you to easily park up to two vehicles.
Push open the door and discover a large living room bathed in light, where comfort rhymes with conviviality: a cosy living room with wood stove for winter evenings, television, a warm dining area, and a large fully equipped open kitchen (oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker...).
Everything is thought of to make you feel at home.
From this central room, access a beautiful shaded terrace ideal for your outdoor dining. A few steps down, let yourself be seduced by the petanque court for wild games, then take a walk in the carefully wooded garden, adorned with Mediterranean plants.
On the first floor, you will find a comfortable bedroom with double bed and storage space, as well as a bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink.
The first floor has reversible air conditioning and serves the other three bedrooms: two beautiful master bedrooms with double beds and storage, one of which has a desk for teleworking enthusiasts, and finally a bedroom designed for children, with bunk bed.
A second bathroom with shower, double sink and storage completes this sleeping area.
Bed linen, towels, as well as a carefully prepared welcome pack, are provided free of charge for your stay 😊.
