The accommodation
Welcome to the Villa du Soleil, a magnificent house where comfort and well-being are at the rendezvous, just 2 minutes walk from the beach!
On the first floor:
• Large living room: A warm and bright space, with a living area equipped with a large cocooning sofa and a television, perfect for relaxing moments with family or friends.
• Fully equipped kitchen: You will find everything you need for your meals (coffee makers, kettle, oven, dishwasher, hob, microwave, etc.).
• Dining area: A beautiful dining table that seats 6 people, ideal for sharing convivial meals.
• Veranda: An additional space with a table football table for playful moments and a comfortable lounge to relax after a busy day.
• Master bedroom: Featuring a double bed, dressing room and private shower room, offering privacy and comfort.
• Direct access to the garden: A shady and intimate garden, where you can enjoy a lemon tree and Mediterranean plants. A true haven of peace for quiet moments.
Upstairs:
• Three comfortable bedrooms:
• Two bedrooms with double bed and dressing room.

For long-term stays (+ 30 nights) and in order to guarantee a spotless accommodation after your departure, an end-of-stay cleaning fee of €150 applies.
It covers complete cleaning, checking of equipment and a longer preparation of the accommodation for future guests.
