The first floor includes a comfortable king bedroom and a shared bathroom with a full tub/shower and double vanity. Upstairs, you’ll find a queen bedroom, a twin bedroom with two beds, a full shared bath with laundry, and a cozy loft area with a queen sleeper sofa—perfect for extra guests or a relaxing evening streaming your favorite shows.

Seasonally, fishing along the river’s edge is a favorite pastime for kids and adults alike, especially when the stripers are running.

The private pier is reserved exclusively for the owners of Arden House. Due to its height and lack of railings, children should be supervised at all times near the water and are not permitted to play on the pier.
