Nestled on a cliff overlooking the beautiful port of Mortagne sur Gironde, the house is ideally located between the shore and the shops of the village.
It is a fisherman's house completely rehabilitated in 2025, for 2 to 4 people.
Each window has a breathtaking view of the estuary.
1 Master suite (bed of 160) with bathroom, walk-in shower and toilet.
Possibility of another bed for 2 people (sofa bed)
Large living room with a fitted kitchen.
Very large shaded terrace with panoramic views of the port of Mortagne, the Gironde estuary and the Médoc.
Very quiet location in a typical and pedestrian alley.
Possibility to get the vehicle up to unload only. Car parking at about 50 meters.
Shops nearby: bakery, butcher, grocery co-op, pharmacy, restaurants, tourist office, hairdresser, ATM.
Restaurants and entertainment on the port.
On request, it is possible to discover the charms of the estuary by speedboat.
