About this house rental
Cocoonr offers you this charming 90 m² house in Semussac to rent for up to 6 people. It comprises a 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a 400 m² garden. Sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 3: bunk bed
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
- 15 m² veranda
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, fan, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A beautiful, private, enclosed garden of 400 m², south-facing
- A south-facing terrace (approx. 15 m²) with furniture to make the most of the fine weather
The house is ideally located in Semussac, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Beaches: Saint-Georges-de-Didonne, Suzac, Grande Conche de Royan about 8 km away
- Water sports: surf, paddle, kayak in Saint-Georges or Royan
- Hiking or walking along the Sentier des Douaniers, between forest and ocean
- Cordouan lighthouse: visit only at low tide, UNESCO listed
- La Palmyre Zoo
- Discover the troglodyte caves of the Meschers cliffs (Matata / Régulus)
- Talmont-sur-Gironde
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage of the house (one space).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Royan, about 10 km away
- Nearest airport: La Rochelle-Île de Ré, about 80 km away

- Only one small pet accepted, for a supplement of €15/stay. Please specify when booking.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
