About this house rental
Rent house, 65 m2, Saint Georges de Didonne for 4 to 6 people
You will be at:
* 500 m from the large beach more than 2 km long
* 500 m from the city center and its indoor and outdoor market open every day

-2 bedrooms of 14 m2 each with 1 double bed of 140 and 1 single bed of 90,
-bathroom with shower

-Equipped kitchen: fridge, large oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, Senso coffee machine, kettle, toaster.
-Living room 20 m2 with 2 sofas facing each other.

The rental price includes current electricity consumption (6 kwh per 24 hours). Any excess due to consumption other than household appliances and lighting, such as charging electric and hybrid vehicles, will be charged at the rate of 25 euro cents per additional kwh.
IMPORTANT: not suitable for people with total or partial reduced mobility (stairs)
A "holiday cover" clause is requested (usually attached to the tenant's home contract).
