Dorfperle Welcome to our cozy vacation rental in a quiet neighborhood of Wittlich! The basement apartment features a private entrance, a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, an open-concept living and kitchen area, a spacious bathroom, and a storage room.
The apartment is located in a quiet, small neighborhood of Wittlich. Shops for daily necessities are just a short drive away, and the nearby highway makes it easy to explore the region. Nature lovers and hikers can explore the Hunsrück and the area around Trier. The Moselle is just under 10 minutes away and offers attractive options for cyclists as well. Hikes in the Hunsrück, bike rides along the Moselle, or along the Moselle-Maare Bike Trail will make your stay varied and relaxing.
The Dorfperle is ideal for couples or “workation” guests and stays pleasantly cool in the summer thanks to its location. Situated in a quiet area, it invites you to relax. A parking space is available for guests in the courtyard of the single-family home, and bicycles can also be stored safely there. 


Description of the Vacation Rental The basement apartment features a separate entrance accessible via a staircase, offering plenty of privacy. Right at the entrance, there’s also a small seating area, ideal for a relaxed start to the day or a quiet evening. Smoking is permitted here.
It features a bedroom with a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a tasteful blend of modern decor and an antique vertical cabinet, which lends the room a special charm.

The hallway is spacious and features a desk. From here, you can plan your next outings or catch up on work emails. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available and is ideal for a workation.
The bathroom is a good size, tastefully decorated, and features a shower. Towels are, of course, included.

The living room and kitchen form an open, very bright living area, charmingly complemented by another antique vertical cabinet. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the entire area is comfortably furnished, so you’ll feel right at home. An additional storage room offers practical space for your luggage. A vacuum cleaner, broom, and other household items are neatly stowed away here, keeping the space tidy.

Thanks to its location in the basement, the apartment stays pleasantly cool—especially in the summer—offering a relaxing retreat even on hot days.



On-site costs: Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before arrival; after that, 50% of the rental price is due. In the event of a last-minute cancellation (less than 48 hours before arrival), the full price will be charged. We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.



Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00, and check-out is from 09:00 to 11:00.
