Vacation apartment in the basement for 2 people. Private entrance. Quiet location, beautiful park, large outdoor seating area with a covered seating area, electric awning (7 m x 2.50 m), lawn for sunbathing, and barbecue area. View of the Moselle Valley and the paragliding launch site, parking spaces, bike garage.
Moselland Vacation Rental:
Our house features a 58-square-meter vacation apartment in the basement. The apartment has a separate entrance and is wheelchair accessible. The apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen-diner, a bedroom with a double bed, and an additional single room adjacent to the apartment, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a storage room with a separate toilet and laundry facilities. A large flat-screen TV with satellite reception is provided. The vacation apartment has its own entrance. From the living room and the double bedroom (both with large French doors), you have direct access to the garden area, which features a large open space with a sheltered seating area and a natural stone flower bed with a fountain. Adjacent to this is a park-like lawn with a barbecue area and a flower garden. The panoramic view of the vineyards and wooded areas across the Moselle, along with a view of the paragliding launch site, rounds out the experience. The entire garden area covers approximately 1,400 square meters. The entire property is situated in a quiet, charming location on the outskirts of the Rachtig district, right next to the biking and hiking trail. Parking is available; dishes, bed linens, and towels are provided.
On-site fees: Payment is due on site in cash. Cancellations made up to 1 day before arrival are free of charge; cancellations on the day of arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. If you plan to arrive after 6:00 PM, please call us. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to make arrangements if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed. Heating, electricity, water, parking, Wi-Fi, and the initial set of bed linens are included in the price. Charging an electric car costs €0.50 per kilowatt-hour. VRT Guest Ticket: Your booked accommodations are a participating establishment in the ÖPNV Guest Ticket program.This allows you to use buses and trains (RE, RB in 2nd class) throughout the entire VRT area free of charge. The GästeTicket and informational materials will be provided to you by the property owner upon arrival and entitle you to use public transportation throughout the entire VRT area free of charge.
