This spacious loft features two beautifully designed bedrooms, comfortably sleeping four guests, with room for up to six or seven when requesting the provided air mattress. The main living area offers abundant natural light, stylish decor, and seating for five, creating the perfect environment for relaxing or entertaining.
Indulge in elevated comforts, including heated bathroom floors, a spa-like bathroom, in-unit laundry, and a fully equipped kitchen ideal for extended stays or hosting. Keyless entry and both free street parking and front-of-building parking make access seamless and stress-free.

Our guest are allowed to enjoy the full space of the apartment and the rooftop deck. Trash cans are in the rear of the property which has the back staircase to the trash cans with the apartment number on it.
The property offers keyless entry, ensuring a smooth, contactless arrival. We respect your privacy and provide a fully self-contained experience, but we are only a call or message away if you need anything at any time.
Trash: The trash cans are located behind the building. There is a rear stairway that leads to the back. Please make sure to use the can labeled with your unit number and lock the door behind you when coming back inside.
Doors & Entry:
The front door automatically locks, but it must be fully closed. If it doesn’t latch all the way, it can jam—so please double-check that all doors are fully closed when entering or exiting.
Parking:
There is free parking on West 48th Street along the side of the building.
Do not park in the lot directly behind the Airbnb—that lot is private.
You can also park on Lorain Avenue; just be aware of the street signs. Parking on Lorain is typically free after certain hours and on weekends. The posted signs or the city’s QR codes will show any payment requirements or restrictions.
The apartment will only be set up for 4 guest. Max of 6 guest can stay. But we must know the amount of guest prior and your reservation must have the correct amount of people listed prior to your check in date. Also if you have more then 4 staying we will have a blow up mattress available for you but please tell us so we can have it there for you.
Absolutely no smoking at all. There will be a $300 fine imposed immediately.
Late check outs- we do not automatically allow late check outs but in some cases we might be able to accommodate a late check out for a fee of $50 and hour. Guest must request a late check out the day before there check out day.
There will be a $150 fee applied to your reservation if the guest does not check out by 10 am.
