Easy access to everything: 10 min walk (2 min drive) to the Commons, 5 min drive to Cornell. 2 bedrooms (1 full, 1 queen) and an office/playroom with convertible couches and inflatable mattresses. Built in 1880 in the historic Southside district, this home has lots of charm with plenty of modern amenities.

The apartment is on the entire second floor of a house and you will be in a peaceful, calm but friendly neighborhood with a great community. You will be near cafes, restaurants, playgrounds, grocery shops/pharmacy, and just a short walk to the Commons. It's very easy to get around from here, whether you're walking or driving. If you do choose to drive, we have plenty of free street parking just outside the house.

The space can comfortably fit 7 adults, and children are welcome as well: there are two bedrooms (queen and full bed) and a third room which can be used as an office/children's playroom or third bedroom (it has a desk for work as well as children's toys, books, and games). The third room also has two fold-out couches that can sleep 2-3 people total and a pack and play. We also have inflatable mattresses in the 2nd bedroom closet.

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher; Nespresso machine, Moka and french press for coffee; full bathroom with a Dyson hair dryer; small semi-fenced garden area with table and two chairs. The master bedroom has exercise equipment, including a Peloton with universal toe cages, a yoga mat & foam roller, and resistance bands.

The space is moderately child-proofed but let us know if you require further measures (security gates, etc). We have a small child so happy to recommend babysitters or share extra toys, books, supplies, etc. Playground and children’s consignment shop just one block away!

If you prefer to be on the ground floor and/or can't do stairs, feel free to inquire into our ground floor apartment. We live on the property and generally are around to help should any issues arise!

Well behaved animals are welcome - we run a heavy duty air purifier and do a deep clean between guests but due to our pet policy, the apartment may not be suitable for guests with severe allergies
