For getting around the area, two 𝐁𝐢𝐤𝐞𝐬 are available and the 𝐆𝐨𝐥𝐟 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐭 can also be added for an extra fee and proof of insurance, giving you a fun, easy way to cruise to nearby beach spots, local restaurants, and neighborhood favorites. **Pool heat is an additional charge per stay. Please note that the pool heat will only get 5-10 degrees warmer than the outside temp and that if the outside temp drops below 50 degrees the heater will shut itself off as a safety feature. It will turn itself back on once the outside temp is at least 55 degrees consistently. $50/per day and will be for the duration of your stay.
**Golf Cart is an additional fee $85 / day, drivers must show valid D/L and have own insurance that specifically covers the golf cart use on the road.
**There is no parking allowed on the street!
