Close to the scenic 30A district, located on a quiet St, just steps from sugar-white sand beaches! 2 tw bunk bds, 1 full bd w/ on Suite bth & king bd w/ on Suite bth on the 1st flr. The 2nd level has open kitchen, dining, livingrm w/ 55” TV, fireplace, bonus Den w/ 50” TV. Full laundry room complete the 2nd level. The owner suite and on suite bth on the top floor. BBQ on livingrm balcony.

This property was just like the pictures on line! Beach right down the street, lake right in front ducks and all…. This home away from home was exactly that. Beds were extremely comfortable! Big beautiful kitchen well supplied with all needed utensils! The only thing was the add said fireplace but it wasn’t usable I love a fire place in the winter. The house is exactly 3 stories and each room as warm and as comfortable as the next! Beautiful spa tubs in master bathroom(3rd floor) and the large bedroom on the first floor. We travel often and worldwide, but this is the first place that we hated to leave. Usually we’re just ready to get back home but not this time! Sonja and her husband were right on top of everything. Sonja was an awesome owner. She took her time and walked us through all of our questions including places to go in Panama City Beach. A place we’ve never been before but may someday call home! Beautiful people that were very friendly and nice. I- 98 was the place to be. This freeway is close to the house and everything thing that you want to do, see and eat is right there including your very own bank. Thank you VRBO for sharing this house and thank you Sonja and spouse(sorry can’t remember his name) for being great owners to rent from.

Unfortunately this property made a very bad first impression. Upon arrival I had to find the circuit breaker in order to get anything on the 3rd floor to come on. Secondly, we had to vacuum and sweep the ENTIRE home to get up dead roaches and insects off the floor leaving us feeling like nothing had been cleaned in quite some time.
The home and location itself are great and would get a better review if cleanliness wasn’t an issue.
No problems with the instructions or landlords.
