About this house rental
Make yourself at home in this 3-bedroom Ponce Inlet pool home, featuring an inviting split floor plan. Master bedroom with shower ensuite at one end with two additional bedrooms and full bath with tub/shower combo at the other end of this L-shaped home. Off the full bath is a door leading to the pool. Swimmers have access to the restroom without tracking up the house. There are two additional living areas, each with 65" televisions to accomodate all viewing perferences. Four sets of sliding doors lead to the large screen covered 6.5' deep, solar heated pool with surrounding lanani. This area has plenty of seating, two dining tables, two recliners for sunbathing, a pass through window from kitchen, a 65" smart tv and a small refrigerator for beverages on a hot day. Decor has a fun mid-century mod vibe with a new, fully equipped kitchen, oven with air fryer, microwave, dishwasher, three door frig, free-standing mixer, breakfast bar, coffee bar with kuerig (single and pot capability), espresso machine, and two dining tables for family meals . In the garage is the washer and dryer, beach chairs, two bikes, easy-up canopy, beach unbrellas and various boogie boards. This is our home that we share with families when we are not in Florida, not just a rental property. Guests are encouraged to take advantage of all amenities as long as everything is clean and returned to its original location. We make every effort to maintain the property. Before any bookings are accepted, the owner will contact potential guests to discuss expectations in an effort to be sure our home will meet expectations.
