About this apartment rental
A peaceful, charmingly cosy apartment in a typical Cortina chalet, with stunning views of the surrounding Dolomites mountains and of the town centre and its famous bell tower.
The apartment is on the ground floor and has its private entrance from a large secluded garden.
Ample private car park, bus stops close by, also ideally situated close to the “Pedonale”, the pedestrianised disused railway track, leading into the town centre-a pleasant 10 min walk away.
The front door opens onto a small lobby/hall (called “bussola” ) typical of chalets in Cortina, where shoes and coats are stored. In winter this is a convenient space to store skis and boots.
The use of bespoke fitted furniture in the typical local style of South Tyrol (made by local master carpenters) adds character to the apartment.
There is one double bedroom and one bedroom with 2 single beds, a separate fully fitted kitchen and a fully fitted bathroom. The drawing room is the hub of the apartment and is flooded with light from two ample windows, in the evening or on rainy days the fireplace will keep you cosy. and the dining table sits 6 people comfortably.
