You’ll have full access to the studio and all included amenities. We supply boogie boards, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys—everything needed for a full day of fun. There’s also a surf rental shop just a 3-minute walk away offering surfboards, wetsuits, paddle boards, kayaks, and more.
Guests may also use the coin-operated washer and dryer shared with the other units. Guest hours are before 10 AM or after 3 PM (reserved for housekeeping between 10 AM–3 PM).

The studio features a comfortable Queen bed, loveseat, bathroom, and a compact fully stocked kitchen with everything you need for easy meals. A window A/C unit and ceiling fan keep the space cool, and the Roku TV (with Netflix, Prime Video, live channels, and more using your login) plus fast WiFi ensure you stay connected.
Please note: the shower is small, and the loveseat is not suitable for sleeping.
For added convenience, guests have access to a coin-operated washer and dryer shared with the other units in the building. Guest hours are before 10 AM or after 3 PM, as the machines are reserved for housekeeping during turnover hours (10 AM–3 PM)
If you prefer not to do laundry yourself, there is a nearby laundromat within walking distance that offers an affordable drop-off wash-and-fold service—just drop it off in the morning and pick it up freshly cleaned and neatly folded by day’s end.
