This premier front unit is highlighted by an expansive fully fenced front patio, equipped with multiple seating areas, fire pit, BBQ, & shade umbrella! Other highlights include 2 parking spaces, A/C, 2 Samsung SMART TV's, & coastal interior design touches throughout; 1 dog allowed (unfortunately no cats). Note there is a rear unit with its own separate entry & outdoor patio. Maximum occupancy 4 (2 adults max).

INTERIOR HIGHLIGHTS
This professionally designed home is filled with beach charm & natural light. As you enter the home you'll be greeted by the main living area surrounded by windows. This space includes a sofa bed, mounted Samsung SMART TV, adjacent dining for 4, & a galley kitchen complete with granite counters, new cabinets, & stainless steel appliances. The bedroom houses a queen bed, mounted Samsung SMART TV, & an ensuite bath (tub/shower combo).

Guests have the option to rent each unit individually or rent the entire building for a combined 2br + 2ba offering:

• SHOPPING & DINING Just steps away is the main street, Mission Blvd., with endless shopping, dining, and entertainment. Our guests are provided a comprehensive list of recommended local eats and discount codes for rental shops.
• WATER ACTIVITIES If you're looking for something other than boogie boarding and swimming in the ocean, we are located just across the street to Mission Bay and water rentals shops, including jet skiing, wakeboarding, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, and boating.
• ATTRACTIONS Enjoy a full day of family fun at Belmont Park located a short 5 minute bike ride away, SeaWorld San Diego is a short 5 minute drive, and world famous San Diego Zoo is located just 15 minutes from our beach home.

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES

• Guest Requirements | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30 (exceptions made for multigenerational families).
• Occupancy | Maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (i.e. includes both overnight guests & non-overnight visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• Noise | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• Combination Listings | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve an approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.

Such a sweet treat to stay at this cute one bedroom home between the bay and beach. We absolutely enjoyed our stay, the amenities and communication with property management company. Thank you!

The host was fine. The place was nice, the unloading in front of the apartment was not good. Couldn’t get our stuff through the gate because a car was parked in front of the gate. Everything had to be put over the wall. Our bikes could not go through the gate. If we were able to use the gates on the side of the house we would have been able to bring our bikes in front of the apartment. Someone stole stuff off our bikes, they had to be in the back where the car was parked. If I had known when I booked that place about the unloading in the front, not brining able to get through gate I would not of stayed there. Not being allow to use that side gates was really a very inconvenience.
