We receive your luggage starting at 11am
The space
Upon arrival, one of our hosts will personally greet you between 3pm and 6pm to welcome you and give you the keys.
If your arrival is after 6:00 pm, we will email you the lockbox code on the same day of your check-in (at 3:00 pm), so you can easily access the apartment.
Please send us the full names and identification numbers of all guests before your arrival to ensure a smooth and smooth registration.
Bedroom 1: king Bed + single bed: 3 pax’s
Hab 2: queen bed + single bed: 3 paxs

Check-In
• Foreigners: They must present a passport with an entry stamp to the current country.
• Colombianos: they must present their Cédula de Ciudadanía.
• Travel with minors: If the minor is not accompanied by one of their parents, the responsible adult must present:
• ID of the minor (RC or IT).
• Notarized letter of authorization from one of the parents, indicating the exact dates of the stay.
All documents must be presented physically.
Other things to note
This home does not allow visitors.
You can add a maximum of 6 guests including the owner for the length of the reservation and send us the names 24h before check-in.
All guests must present documents in physical form.
Pets are not allowed // Fine of $150 USD
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment // Fine of $300 USD
