This condo has one Master suit with private bathroom, walking closet and tv inside, the second and third bedroom with closets and one guess bathroom outside bedrooms. There is an smart tv on Living/dining area plus full equipped kitchen with all of your needs. Kitchen has pots, and all utensils you will need to prepare your meals. there is a built in grill on balcony where you can do your barbecues while enjoying the spectacular view of the Caribbean sea.
Sauna, Turkish bath and Gym on 4th floor, and adult pool, kids pool, jacuzzi and play ground are on 12 floor of the building with is the roof top.
Guest access
Guests will have all access to the apartment and access to all of the building amenities.
Host will provide you with a digital code to access the apartment.
Other things to note
1. The 3rd bedroom will be open for guests when apartment is booked for more that 4 people.
2. During your stay, a housekeeper will be visiting every 2 weeks to clean the apartment and change the bedsheets and towels. Also apartment has Hot water to enjoy a warm bath.
There are Washer and dryer inside the apartment
3. Take care of towels and bedding from elements that could stain them such as makeup, hair products, dyes or sunblocks. White towels are only to use inside the apartment, color towels are for beach or to the pool.
4. All visitors must be registered.
5. No parties at the apartment.
