Inside, the recently renovated bedrooms provide a fresh and inviting space to relax after a day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook up hearty meals, complete with a stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. Share stories and laughter around the cozy dining table, or step onto the balcony to soak in the crisp mountain air and scenic views.
The thoughtfully designed living spaces include a small desk/workspace, making it easy to catch up on emails or plan your next adventure. Additional amenities include a high chair and Pak n Play for families, as well as four beach chairs and an umbrella for your outdoor excursions. With a laundry room conveniently located on the premises, you’ll have everything you need for a comfortable, extended stay.
Crystal Pines is ideally situated less than a 10-minute walk from the scenic Incline Beaches and a 5-minute drive to grocery stores and restaurants. While there is no access to Incline Beaches, a picturesque walking path connects the condo to Sand Harbor, just five miles away. Nearby Hidden Beach (3.4 miles) and Speedboat Beach (4 miles) provide additional opportunities to enjoy the pristine waters of Lake Tahoe.

- This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets. However, pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $250 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.

- Please Note: This county strictly enforces occupancy limits and counts every person, including infants and children. No exceptions allowed.
Parking Details:
- Please make sure you park only in the designated property parking locations. If your home offers street parking, please make sure you read all posted signage.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
