One of the best hotel in thane at this price range amenities mentioned was available and it was a great experience

1. Basic Amenities: The hotel apparently doesn't have the gas to provide even two cups of tea and toast for breakfast. No dental kit provided either.
2. Health Concerns: Their tied-up restaurant, Agri Tadka, served massive pieces of bone-in butter chicken swimming in at least 7 teaspoons of oil. It caused an immediate stomach upset that lasted through my 2-day trip.
3. Gross Hygiene Violation: Despite the "gas shortage," they had no trouble bringing sacks of ration through the elevator. When dal grains spilled all over the elevator floor from a torn sack, the staff literally filled it back into the bag from the floor. Absolutely disgusting.
4. Harassment of Guests: They refused to let a couple visit me for even 15 minutes without creating a massive ruckus. They called my room landline back-to-back, making it impossible to sit peacefully for even 3 minutes.
5. Facility Issues: The hotel lacks a basic lobby or cafe. Their "lobby" is just a single pink sofa right next to the reception desk. They expect your visitors to sit right in the staff's faces.
Verdict: This was an ultra-shitty experience. I didn’t even feel like ordering bottled water from there. I will never choose this hotel again and would never recommend it to anyone. Thank you very much.
