The Neighborhood
* Experience Old Mission Peninsula in this beautiful family friendly house. Minutes away from wineries, parks, and downtown Traverse City.
* Enjoy a 5 minute walk to the neighborhoods 350’ of shared beach frontage on lake Michigan. Incredible sunsets, Beach campfires, With a neighborhood dock and stairs into the water, perfect for swimming
* Large, Private, Spacious Backyard that backs into wooded area.
* Large multi-level Deck, with charcoal grill and party lighting surrounding the deck.
The space
* Nestled in a quiet neighborhood off of Peninsula Drive with a large backyard. Enjoy 5 minute walk to the beach. 350 feet of sandy beach with a fully accessible dock with 2 swim platforms. Plenty of Beach equipment including beach chairs, lounge chairs, two fire pits, and two picnic benches.
* 2 new Kayaks, paddles, and life jackets will be available for guests. Kept at the house.
Home Layout:
* Main floor includes Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Area, Laundry room, Master Bedroom, and 3/4 Bathroom (Double sink with shower).
* Upstairs includes 2 queen bedrooms and a smaller twin bedroom. Hallway and Full Bathroom (Tub).
* Backyard: Private furnished Tri level deck with Charcoal Grill, Fire Pit and a trail through the woods. fun space to explore and relax. Not Fenced in. Very Private

* Old Mission Peninsula at its finest! Close to many wineries, Beaches, The lighthouse, and restaurants. 15 minute drive to Downtown Traverse City!
* Wineries on Old Mission Peninsula include: Chateau Grand Traverse, Bonobo, 2 Lads, Bowers Harbor, Hawthorne, Mari Vineyard, Black Star Farms, Brys Estates (beautiful deck)
* 5 minutes away from 7 Hills Community . Home of Old Mission Distilling, Mission Proper Café, and Tinker Art Studio. Great place to unwind and relax.

* The main living parts of the house will be fully accessible. There is an unfinished downstairs basement and mechanical room that will not be accessible.
Other things to note
* We are committed to you having the absolute best time you can. Please be in touch with any special requests and we will do our best to accommodate.
* Lawn care will take place once a week on Sunday Afternoons. If you have an event taking place that you would prefer a different day/time, just let us know.
