Golden Sands also offers one of Ocean City’s only Private Beach areas, open only to Golden Sands guests. For your convenience, one parking permit is provided upon registration with the building, additional parking permit available at an additional fee, subject to availability. Additional permits may be available for $20/day subject to availability upon arrival.
Registration form must be filled out and returned prior to arrival in order to receive arrival instructions and codes via email.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.
