    The location, cleanliness are exceptionally good but i was dismayed that though i paid for cityscape room, all i got was a water tank view. I was too tired to make a fuzz but hope they could be more careful and meticulous with the assigned room. The gym room was good but a little small and equipment need to be regularly checked and maintained though not utilised often. Breakfast could be improved too. I spent most of time heading out to eat because there was no variety. It was the same offering everyday.

    Lovely new hotel with a clean spacious room. We had an executive room and there were chocolates and a note on arrival which was a nice touch. The bathroom was excellent - shower and a bathtub with all the toiletries you could want. We enjoyed the pool - it’s a good size for swimming lengths in compared to many and there is a lovely view of the city from the seating area next to it. Breakfast had a great range and staff were attentive. My only suggestion for improvement is their advertising of a welcome drink. This was a small glass of filtered water from a room temperature jug in the foyer. If a top hotel advertises a welcome drink this should be tea, coffee or juice at the least. There is a cafe in the foyer where other customers were drinking smoothies and coffee. To be sat on a bench and given a glass of water seems wrong. Otherwise everything was excellent.

    Pros: - Khách sạn mới nên mọi thứ đều sạch sẽ và gọn gàng. Nhà tắm rộng rãi thoải mái. - Có chỗ để xe miễn phí phía sau rộng rãi và có bảo vệ trực - Có trực lễ tân 24/7 - Có ăn sáng ở tầng G, mặc dù ít khách nhưng khách sạn vẫn chuẩn bị đầy đủ những món cơ bản cho buffet, đặc biệt món bún riêu của các bạn làm khá ngon. - Reception Manager “ ***” buổi sáng có hỏi feedback của khách để improve customer services là một điểm đáng khen cho một khách sạn mới. Cons: - Điều hoà khá ồn nên mình phải tắt đi mới ngủ được & khách sạn mới nên mùi sơn khá khó chịu mà không có cửa sổ để mở. Mùa đông thì có thể tắt nhưng mua hè sẽ không thể ngủ mà không có điều hoà. - Giày và rác đồ ăn của khách cùng tầng bỏ ra trước cửa bốc mùi khắp hành lang mà nhân viên không nhắc nhở khách cho vào trong phòng và dọn rác đi. Sảnh hành lang kín nên mùi rất khó chịu. - Nhân viên lễ tân trực ca đêm ngày mình check in cần phải được training thêm kỹ năng như chào hỏi khách, để khách chờ thì cũng nên nói với khách. Mặc dù đang check in cho mình, khách khác chen ngang thì lại bỏ đấy đi làm cho khác chen ngang này. Hơn nữa nhân viên cần đeo bảng tên và chức vụ để khách có thể nhìn thấy. -Đệm khá cứng với người nằm nghiêng và thực tế chất lượng của đệm không thể đạt tiêu chuẩn khách sạn 5 sao. Vỏ chăn ga gối đệm cũng không đạt tiêu chuẩn, rất thô và ráp. - Hệ thống cống thoát mùi của khách sạn có vấn đề nên mùi thối bốc ra từ cửa ra vào phía quầy bánh& trái cây tại nhà ăn tầng G và lối đi từ chỗ parking vào sảnh khách sạn.
