Rose Cottage consists of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, and dining seating for six people, and sitting room with woodburning stove and sofa bed. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size with en-suite shower room, double, and twin, serviced by a bathroom and cloakroom. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels inc. in rent. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with lawn, gas barbecue, furniture, and summer house, and private driveway parking for four cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Wherever your exploration takes you, enjoy all this with a stay at Rose Cottage. Note: Dogs to be kept off furniture and wiped of any mud before entering property. Additional charge required for pets and any damage caused by them must be paid for. Note: Mac computer available for TV/Netflix etc.

Region: County Clare has so much on offer; boat trips, quirky pubs, seaside resorts and a great tradition for Irish music, all set amidst spectacular scenery such as the towering Cliffs of Moher and the fascinating landscape of The Burren.
Town: Scarriff, in County Clare, is a large village located on the banks of Lough Derg. Situated near the shore of Scarriff Bay, one of the prettiest parts of Lough Derg, and surrounded by lakelands, Scarriff is renowned for its great angling resources. The East Clare Golf Course is a few miles away, while the East Clare Way, a designated walking route, is also nearby. The village of Killaloe is only 12 miles away, and provides great hill walking, boating, watersports and fishing. Lahinch is within easy driving distance, and provides great surfing, fantastic golf and a beautiful stretch of sandy beach to enjoy. A little further afield lie the Cliffs of Moher; one of Ireland's most visited tourist attractions, the Cliffs of Moher offer stunning coastal walks overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, and from the top they boast views out to the Aran Islands and Galway Bay. With plenty to keep everybody occupied within easy driving distance, Scarriff provides a great base for touring County Clare and the surrounding areas.
