About this house rental
Our home is nestled in the picturesque village of Doonass, Clonlara, County Clare on the banks of the River Shannon, our beautiful 4 bedroom residence offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and countryside tranquility. My name is Tina and I live in our home with my two daughters Carys aged 16 and Lucy aged 14. We love our home and garden and I think that will be evident to anyone that visits our house from the minute they enter the gates.
Our home features 4 very spacious bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite bathroom. The open plan kitchen, dining and living areas are the heart of the home - bright, airy and ideal for both family living and entertaining. We spend most of our time in these areas.
A dedicated study offers a quiet workspace, while the conservatory invites natural light and scenic views of the surrounding countryside.The separate sitting room/snug provides cozy retreat for relaxation and gatherings.
A private patio - surrounded by mature landscaped gardens and colourful plants is the perfect hideaway to relax and enjoy a morning coffee or to relax and enjoy a chilled beverage after a day sightseeing surrounded by nothing but the sound of nature and birds singing - pure peace.
Our house is surrounded by scenic riverside walks and breathtaking views. Close to a lovely village cafe and welcoming local Irish pubs. While it is a rural setting, we are only 10km to Limerick City and all the major attractions, shopping, site seeing etc. But many local supermarkets, pharmacy etc are only a few minutes drive away.
