With its central location in San Juan, Puerto Rico you will have a very accessible place to all points of interest within the San Juan area.

We made our touches to the apartment to make you feel like you never left home. Approximately 300 sq ft The property is also equipped with a cistern to help maintain water service during temporary water outages.

This neighborhood in Miramar is a central point in the Metropolitan area you can enjoy a walking distance towards Calle Cerra in 3-5 minutes to see our local and international artist murals. Also you can see all of Old San Juan with a kind stroll of 25-30 minutes walk to enjoy the coast of our Metropolis in San Juan. Also, La Placita de Santurce is a 15 minute walk to enjoy of the puertorrican culture and nightlife.
This property is unique in its location and Uber is very accesible in San Juan so you will have no problems if you don't rent a car.
