The apartment is located beside the Cosmopolitan Condo and close to the Condado Lagoon. The rental is in a 2rd floor where you can see the Condado Lagoon from the open and safety balcony. The apartment is fully furnished, spacious living and dining room, kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator, and microwave. The apartment has a balcony and reserved parking. A/C unit are in each bedrooms. You can't get a better location.

Unit is very spacious, I traveled with a friend and we each got our own bedroom. There is plenty of space for bigger travel groups. Unit is a ten minute walk from the beach, restaurants, and bars on the Condado strip. Host communication was great, would 100% recommend the stay.

We had a great stay. The place was very clean and exactly as described. The host was easy to communicate with and made everything simple from check-in to check-out. The location was convenient with shops and restaurants nearby. The kitchen was also well stocked and easy to use. Overall it was a comfortable stay and we would definitely come back.

When we arrived the lockbox was as broken & we couldn’t get the key but the host owner was as there working in the unit we rented. There were huge roaches in the unit-3 I believe but we never saw anymore after killing those. There’s no AC in the common areas so it was very hot but we had a good breeze. I messaged the host/owner because we thought there was no hot water- it’s actually switched with the cold but the he host/owner never responded. Also, no elevator so the 3 story walk-up is not recommended for older people or those with knee/back issues. Location is excellent though & it made up for a lot
