About this house rental
Snowlake B11 is the ideal choice for family gatherings, group ski trips, or a summer mountain escape. Located in the highly sought-after Snowlake Condominiums, this spacious townhouse-style unit places you right in the heart of Sugar Mountain. In winter, you can walk to the ski lodge, tubing park, and ice-skating rink, while in warmer months, golf and tennis are just outside your door.
Inside, the main floor features an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area designed for spending time together, complete with a large balcony overlooking Snow Lake and the surrounding mountains. Each of the four bedrooms includes its own private full bath, giving every guest added comfort and privacy.
Upstairs, one bedroom offers a king bed, while the other has a three twin beds. On the ground floor, one bedroom includes a queen bed, and the other features another king bed. Please note that there is no bathroom on the main living floor; bathrooms are located on the upper and lower levels, all are ensuites to their own bedroom.
This home includes all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including a fully stocked kitchen for light cooking, a washer and dryer, high-speed secure Wi-Fi, and bed and bath linens. Two assigned parking spaces are provided, with additional overflow parking available upon request.
Conveniently located less than five minutes from local grocery stores and restaurants and just ten minutes from downtown Banner Elk, Snowlake B11 offers both accessibility and mountain charm. Check-in takes place at our office, where our team will provide local tips and assist with anything you may need.
