We are a family of 6, 2 adults and 4 boys, this home was comfortable, clean, and updated so much so that my family and I were shocked by the value of this home. We stayed at other homes, within the same community and this home was significantly better and more modern. Top-of-the-line kitchen appliances, new carpet, renovated bathrooms, and more than enough clean and comfortable space for our family of 6. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Location to Sugar Mtn. Resort is excellent. The condo itself was suitable, but noisy and hot. The floors creak a lot and interrupt rest for those in the downstairs bedrooms and the overall temperature was uncomfortably warm. Bring your own toiletries and any cooking spices you need. Overall, this condo was okay for our needs but we could have rested a little better. For future rentals, we will stay somewhere else.
