HOTEL LALA Kitashiga (Adult Only)

We stayed in this hotel for 1 night. The staff doesn't know English but they do use google translate. Elevator is the most inconvenient here. It can only go up but not go down. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for 1 night stay only. Check in only at 6:00PM Check out before 11:00PM => Quite benefit for Hotel Owner

We booked this room for 7 days and it was amazing! It is 5-10 minutes walk to the train station and there's Lawson just on the other side. We have free breakfast everyday and it was really good! Although they can't speak english, google translate is your friend. They are very accomodating, the room we got is spacious and clean. If you need to go down just give them a call for the elevator. Overall its a great place to stay in Nagoya.

This was my first time staying at a love hotel in Japan with my partner. Maybe it was the city, but at first glance the place felt very retro. The no-key system, and having to notify the front desk when entering and leaving, was very unfamiliar to me. And one elevator only goes up! (There are 2 elevators btw) On the first night, I even wondered if I should have booked another place. What shocked me the most was how extremely stuffy the room was. My partner is very sensitive to poor air quality, and he felt like he couldn’t breathe. Luckily, there was a window, so we kept it open all night. On the positive side, the bed and the heating were excellent. I messaged the super nice staff through Agoda to raise my concerns, and fortunately, the next day the room felt much more refreshed~perhaps the window hadn’t been opened before? Looking back, the price was pretty good + budget friendly and it was convenient that the stay included a free breakfast. You choose from a small menu the night before, and it’s delivered to your room in the morning. Overall, even though I was super shocked at my experience in the first night, after the second day, everything became pretty comfortable^^
